Today, we’re diving into why every business (regardless of niche) should be experimenting with AI in their business.
AI isn’t going away, and it’s not just for tech companies or early adopters anymore.
The bare minimum every manager or owner should do with AI is experiment.
The smartest business owners I know are the ones who treat AI like any other tool:
Something to test, learn, and integrate where it makes sense.
You don’t have to become an expert overnight, but you do need to get your hands dirty.
Start by picking one or two areas of your business where repetitive tasks eat up time.
Maybe it’s:
Drafting emails
Scheduling meetings
Crunching numbers in spreadsheets.
Try out a few AI-powered tools and see what actually helps.
The goal isn’t to automate everything, but to find small wins that add up over time.
Approach it with this mindset:
If you can save an hour a week, that’s over 50 hours a year you can spend on higher-value work.
It is a mistake to think you are too late to learn. It is an even bigger mistake to assume this is a fad that will pass.
Even if you don’t love the first tool you try, keep experimenting.
AI is changing every day, and what doesn’t work today might be a game-changer tomorrow.
Curiosity and a willingness to test new things will keep your business competitive.
Don’t wait for a perfect solution.
Start now, learn as you go, and keep moving forward.
